INENG’S SPECIAL BBQ IS NOW IN GMALL DAVAO. Photo is from July 24, 2013 launching attended by
Mr. Kelvin Gaisano (Franchisee; 5th from left), Ms. Jo Barbosa (Franchise Development Consultant of ISB),
Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Michelle Santiago (Owners of Ineng’s Special BBQ). |
Ineng's Special Barbecue has been in the Davao dining scene early this year and I discovered them one rainy afternoon at The Peak, Gaisano Mall of Davao. I have to say that I was drawn first by their inviting comfortable chairs, I thought that it was a good place to hang out.
When I opened their menu, I was surprised to see that they offer very affordable dishes. I was with my brother at that time and even my brother commented that they have good meals at student-friendly prices.
Alas, it was time to try Ineng's Special Barbecue. Dinner is served.

Ineng's Special Barbeque comes with a cup of rice and Longanisa. And there's the complimentary soup, too, and a really delicious vinegar dip. |
|
Lumpiang Shanghai, the perfect appetizer. You can pair this with your rice, too. |
|
Ineng's Chopsuey was perfectly cooked. The vegetables were crisp and and cooked just right. |
|
Caldereta. Though it had a lot of fat, it was still delicious. It's a spicy caldereta with lots of black pepper. |
|
Ineng's Dinuguan doesn't contain laman-loob. |
From the food above, my most favorite is, of course, the Special Barbeque! It's tasty without being too strong, I actually like to eat it alone, no dips, no soy sauce, just the plain goodness of the barbeque. Next would be the Caldereta and then the Dinuguan.
