Bohol Countryside Tour

From beachside to countryside, Bohol will surely delight you with its picturesque landscape. Adventure seekers would also be satisfied with Bohol's newly-built adrenaline boosters that would surely thrill your senses.

The most popular Bohol spot is no other than the Chocolate Hills. The legend about two giants throwing each other with piles of mud which later on became this hills could come up true once you see these heaps of land mass scattered all over Carmen and parts of Sagbayan, Bohol. But of course, the legend still remains a legend. If you go all the way up to the highest peak, you'll see how and why these hills were formed.

The Chocolate Hills is one of the must-see wonders in the Philippines so don't ever go to Bohol without paying a visit to it. Along the way, you will also find some equally appealing tourist spots such as the Loboc River. It is best to tour Loboc and cruise the river during lunch or dinner (or when you're at your hungriest) because these cruises serve the best food, ever! Well, it's Filipino food, mostly, but it's so delicious and you will definitely get your money's worth.

Of course, Bohol trip would not be complete without going to see the world's smallest primate, the Tarsier.

Who would skip Loboc River Tour? Loboc River Tour is a one-hour river cruise and I think that the best part of this cruise is the delectable palate they offer to their guests. There will be entertainment stops during the cruise but I was honestly preoccupied the whole time with how delicious the Filipino food served in the floating restaurant.
The food looks good and tempting...

Tastes even better!!!

The talented LOBOC Community

After the cruise, we waited at The Buzz Cafe (owned by Bohol Bee Farm) located within the Loboc Rivercruise Community and helped ourselves with their delicious ice cream! Note that their ice cream cone is made of cassava. Super yummy ice cream!

Other equally must-see and must-experience in Bohol are the following:

Hanging Bridge

Ship Haus

Man-made Forest

There is also a zipline and cable car ride at the Loboc Eco Tourism Adventure but I need to find my photos first. Hehehe! I hope you enjoyed this post.

Visit Bohol.. It's more fun in the Philippines! (--,)

  3. We vacationed in Bohol last year and enjoyed it immensely as well! More than the overrated Boracay, I should say. I'm looking forward to seeing Bohol again. :)

  4. Glad that you actually liked the food that was served during your Loboc Cruise, because we seriously didn't get our money's worth. The food that was served to us were mostly bland. :( That's what my other family and friends also commented on. Anyhow, we stayed in Bohol Bee Farm on my second visit to Bohol, and I must agree with you on their organic ice cream -- the best talaga! :)

  5. Glad to see new things like that hanging bridge and the others you talked about at the end of your article. I do not think I will get tired of visiting Bohol. I agree at the ice cream of Bohol Bee Farm is fantastic, but never knew they had a branch selling it at the Loboc Riverbank.

  6. The
state is creating jobs at a prodigious rate. It has all the makings of a
job-creating machine: good weather, low costs, a growing population, a
strong tourism industry and little heavy manufacturing.
