Amihan sa Dahican April Events

Today (April 4, 2012) is officially the start of Amihan sa Dahican's April Events which include competitions for skimboarding, surfing, frisbee, and beach volleyball, among others. I've heard that there will be a fun run and triathlon activities, too. This is in line with the celebration of Amihan sa Dahican's Founding Anniversary and will go on until April 9, 2012.

A lot of locals, Filipinos, and foreigners would surely flock in Amihan sa Dahican. Translation services wouldn't be a problem because the locals can speak and understand English. Here's a photo below with dad and our new friend, Jeremy, who is an American spending his vacation with his family at Dahican, Mati City:

My sister Mary Grace was the first to befriend Jeremy and it was funny because my sister doesn't speak english. But alas, Jeremy speaks our local Bisaya dialect and translation wasn't really that hard. It was another story when Grace tried to talk to Jeremy's kids. Aside from Jeremy, we also met Philip, a German who has been staying in Amihan for almost a month already and he will probably continue to enjoy the Dahican waves until May.

If you're looking for a good place to spend your summer vacation, why not try Amihan sa Dahican in Mati City? I promise that it will be a very great experience for everybody. Just be prepared to bask in the sun, enjoy the waves and sand, and live simply and humbly.
