Cafe Caliente | Butuan City

Lunch was served. And it was not just any ordinary lunch. A meal at Cafe Caliente would not just give you a full stomach but will surely make you want to go back for more.

Pork Tenderloin (P200). Cafe Caliente's Pork Tenderloin is both sweet and spicy. The sauce has a hint of sweetness to it and enhanced by the added taste of sweet corn. It is also mildly spicy. It has a generous amount of mushrooms and garlic on top. Pork is in bite-sized pieces and has maintained its juiciness

More photos of Cafe Caliente's Pork Tenderloin:

The Pork Tenderloin is a meal set good for one. It has one cup of rice, a generous amount of Pork Tenderloin, and side dish of carrots, sweet corn, and cucumber. I honestly was not able to finish my one serving of Pork Tenderloin and I helped myself with some additional rice.

Sizzling Bangus Belly (P220). Sizzling Bangus is sprinkled with garlic, also with a generous amount of mushrooms on top. You see, Cafe Caliente doesn't scrimp on their food. Each serving of Sizzling Bangus has four or five slices of bangus belly and is good for 2 to 3 persons.

I am a picky eater and I judge a restaurant with how they cook fish. Bangus, along with tilapia, are two fishes that I rarely eat because I am sometimes bothered by the fish's smell. Fortunately, Cafe Caliente only uses premium fish in their menu. It's delicious!

My first day here in Butuan City is made more special because of Cafe Caliente. I can't wait to meet some Butuan Bloggers this evening and share a sumptuous dinner with them later, of course, only here at Cafe Caliente!

Cafe Caliente is located at Montilla Boulevard, Golden Ribbon, Butuan City. You may also call them at (085) 3427496.
